  • One medium-size cabbage
  • Two green bell pepper

Day 4: This day is specially used to decrease the cravings for sweets. So, bananas and skim milk are taken along with cabbage soup.

Day 5: Drink eight glasses of water. Use cabbage soup at least two times a day with nutritious tomatoes. With cabbage soup use baked chicken without skin.

Day 6: At least once a day use cabbage soup with vegetables and beef.

Day 7: Use brown rice with cabbage soup. Fresh fruit juice without adding sugar in it can be taken. Also, use fresh vegetables.
