Strong bones and repairs wounds and injury are the attribute of its nutrients like protein, iron and calcium. Grow foods can be found in Milk, cheese, yoghurt, chicken, fish, eggs and baked beans. Lastly is the Glow Foods. Apples, bananas, grapes, pure fruit juice, raisins, broccoli, carrots, peas, sweet corns and tomatoes are common example of these foods. It helps us prevent illness and stay fit. Mostly vitamins can be found on this third group of basic food. Always maintain you balance by adding each food from these three basic groups of food in your daily meal.

Quit excessive drinking and smoking

Do you always be present at a party? How many glasses did you consume all throughout the night? Alcoholism is an excessive drinking of alcoholic drinks. It can cause severe anxiety, tremors, hallucinations and convulsions. This may lead to permanent damage of vital organs such as brain and liver.

Burn your fats

  Try to jump thrice. How do you feel? Tired? Well, it is the effect of lack of exercise. Our body contains fats that need to be released. You don’t have to attend gym sessions just to lessen the fats in your body. A 10- minute walk can burn the metabolism. Dancing is also a good form of exercise. So, put on your shoes and let’s go rock’n roll.

Always catch good sleep

  Do you love to watch television? Enough sleep is relevant not only to a growing child but also for adults. Seven to eight hours is the recommended sleeping hours for better health. For children, 10-12 hours is needed for them body to grow.

Frequently visit the doctor

  Set an appointment to your physician. Yearly examination will avoid serious illness and diseases.

Clean your surroundings

  How’s your environment? Do you live in clean surroundings? Learn to maintain proper hygiene not only to our body but to our place. This will put off communicable disease and other infections.

Be positive

  Always remember that everything you do will benefit you. It maybe hard at the beginning of the process but it will become easier in the long run. So, the next time you face the mirror. You can say to yourself…”I’ll definitely reach the age 60.”
